The mission of The Family Garden is to provide a safe space for new and new-again caregivers to come together and receive many different types of services and education. We are looking for a tenant who has a company that is also family-focused and is looking for a safe environment for their clients.
Located in Houston Heights, The Zen Zone is a quiet room with a massage table and linens available upon request. The room is approximately 100 sqft and is on the first floor. This office has a built-in sink and cabinets on the east wall. There is one south-facing window with blackout shades installed.
Major tenants in the building include a Children’s store on the first floor called The Pure Parenting Shop. Their staff will welcome your clients and direct them to the sitting area on the second floor for you. In this area, there is filtered water as well as comfortable chairs, and a small library.

The room has a south facing window overlooking 24th Street, Yale Street and the business next door. The window has a block out shade that can be lowered or raised to allow privacy and light.

There is a coffee machine in the multipurpose room with coffee and tea supplies available for tenant use. Also, there is a fridge and freezer. These amenities are available when the multipurpose room is not in use by another tenant.

The Family Garden is a family centered building. We offer a safe quiet environment for businesses that cater to new and new again families and caregivers. We also offer a small sitting area upstairs, a playground outside, and a private parking lot.
This totally restored building has been updated to include and elevator making the second floor accessible to all. The remodel also has included durable ceramic tile throughout the building, UV scrubbers in the AC system, and an accessible bathroom on each floor with a baby changing station.
