The upstairs multipurpose room is on the second floor of a two story building. The room consists of a TV mounted on the wall equipped for presentations and built in shelves and a standing desk area for storage. There is also a kitchenette with a full size sink and refrigerator and a small coffee maker and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer available for use. There are indoor stairs leading to the room from the hallway as well as a n elevator or tenants can access the room through a private outdoor staircase. There are two windows in the room with blackout blinds to allow privacy from the outside. The doorway from the hallway also has windows in it that are not covered at this time.
