The Family Garden

This small meeting room / office space is perfect for those smaller classes, meetings or group projects. This room can seat up to 8 around an 8 foot table (shown in the pictures with 4 chairs) or can be configured as needed.

The upstairs multipurpose room is on the second floor of a two story building. The room consists of a TV mounted on the wall equipped for presentations and built in shelves and a standing desk area for storage. There is also a kitchenette with a full size sink and refrigerator and a small coffee maker and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer available for use. There are indoor stairs leading to the room from the hallway as well as a n elevator or tenants can access the room through a private outdoor staircase. There are two windows in the room with blackout blinds to allow privacy from the outside. The doorway from the hallway also has windows in it that are not covered at this time.

Second Floor Office Space Approx. 100 Sq Ft office space with a window for lease in a newly renovated two-story family-focused building in The Heights called The Family Garden. Major tenants in the building include a Children’s store on the first floor and lactation consultants in a suite on the second floor. The mission of The Family Garden is to provide a safe space for new and new again caregivers to come together for the services they need. We are looking for a tenant who has a company that is also family-focused and needs a safe environment for their clients.
