Upstairs Multipurpose Room
The upstairs multipurpose room is on the second floor of a two story building. The room consists of a TV mounted on the wall equipped for presentations and built in shelves and a standing desk area for storage. There is also a kitchenette with a full size sink and refrigerator and a small coffee maker and microwave. There is also a washer and dryer available for use. There are indoor stairs leading to the room from the hallway as well as a n elevator or tenants can access the room through a private outdoor staircase. There are two windows in the room with blackout blinds to allow privacy from the outside. The doorway from the hallway also has windows in it that are not covered at this time.

Coffee/Tea

There is a coffee machine in the multipurpose room with coffee and tea supplies available for tenant use. Also, there is a fridge and freezer. These amenities are available when the multipurpose room is not in use by another tenant.

Filtered water dispenser in the waiting area of the second floor.

Hosted Reception

There is a hosted reception on the first floor Tuesday to Saturday 10am-5pm.

The Family Garden is a family centered building. We offer a one stop shop for new and new again families and caregivers. Other tenants include a children's store on the first floor and lactation consultants on the second floor in one of the office spaces. We also offer a small sitting area with a library for new caregivers, a playground outside, and a private parking lot. This totally restored building has been updated to include and elevator making the second floor accessible to all. The remodel also has included durable ceramic tile throughout the building, UV scrubbers in the AC system, and an accessible bathroom on each floor with a baby changing station.

Great space for my class. All the families had a great time learning and moving with their little ones. The space was clean and the playground downstairs was perfect for the families to hang out on afterward. Will definitely be booking again for my next class!
