We appreciate the opportunity to provide your workspace. our goal is to provide a professional, flexible, and welcoming workspace that meets the needs of all of our users. The following supplemental terms are intended to clarify the use of this particular workspace and help ensure a positive experience for everyone.
Whenever possible, we will work with our users to accommodate reasonable requests and resolve concerns in a fair and practical manner.

FRONT CORNER WORKSPACE (Behind Curtain Area)
Supplemental Terms to the DASH by LiquidSpace License Agreement
THE USER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT:
1. The Assigned Workspace is the desk and area at the front of the office, to the right of the mailbox area.
2. The User may install a bifold or sectional partition to separate the Assigned Workspace from the Hot Seat area. If the User vacates within twelve (12) months, the User shall either leave the partition in place, in which case ownership transfers to the Host, or remove it and restore the area at the User's expense. After twelve (12) months, the User may remove and keep the partition, and the Host will repair ordinary nail and screw holes from its removal.
3. Wi-Fi and wired internet are provided as a convenience. The Host does not guarantee their availability, speed, reliability, uptime, or security. With the Host's prior approval and at the User's expense, the User may install a separate internet connection using qualified installers.
4. This is a shared working office. Normal business noise, conversations, meetings, visitors, printers, and office equipment are to be expected.
5. If the Assigned Workspace becomes temporarily unavailable or unsuitable for any reason, the Host may relocate the User to a reasonably comparable workspace.
6. The User is responsible for all personal property. The Host is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
7. The User shall not share keys, cards, fobs, or access codes, nor permit unauthorized entry or "tailgating."
8. Unless otherwise notified by the Host in writing (including email, text, posted notice, or U.S. Mail), the User is granted 24-hour access, subject to temporary restrictions for maintenance, emergencies, or security.
9. The User shall comply with all House Rules and building policies published by the Host or through the DASH by LiquidSpace platform.
10. This agreement grants only a revocable license to use the Assigned Workspace and does not create a landlord-tenant relationship, tenancy, or leasehold interest.
11. If this agreement in any way conflicts with the DASH by LiquidSpace License Agreement, the DASH by LiquidSpace License Agreement will control.
12. The User may use Host-provided furniture or furnish the Assigned Workspace with the User's own furniture and office equipment, provided it is appropriate for a professional office and does not damage the premises or interfere with others.
13. The User's furniture and equipment remain the User's responsibility and must be removed upon termination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
14. The Host may make additional chairs or furniture available for meetings, classes, or events. Such furniture remains the Host's property and is provided on a temporary, non-exclusive basis.
15. The Host may retrieve Host-owned chairs or furniture whenever they are not actively being used for a scheduled meeting, class, or event. Such furniture remains the property of the Host and is not included as part of the Assigned Workspace unless otherwise agreed in writing.
16. Property left in the Assigned Workspace for more than thirty (30) days after termination may be considered abandoned and removed, stored, or disposed of by the Host unless other arrangements are made in writing.
