OPEN DESK PART-TIME, W/Mailing Address
The Part-Time Open Desk with a mailing address service is $130 per month and includes access to our common areas and a seat in one of our Open desk areas.
The Mailing Address service provides a physical address for one business that you may use on any company documents, web listings, etc.
PLEASE LIST your Suite # to prevent returned mail.
We will receive your incoming mail and hold for you to pick up. Services such as mail forwarding, notifications of received mail, additional business’s at the same address, etc. are available for a small additional fee.
PART TIME OPEN DESK USAGE:
This service is for avg of 20 hr per week or less, with 24 hr access..
If usage regularly exceeds this amount, tenant may be asked to choose another rental option.
All Open Desk seating is first come, first choice.
OPEN DESK AREAS
All OPEN DESK users have multiple areas to choose from.
Downstairs we have:
The Large open room up front with 2 large windows and lots of beautiful natural light.
The AV Room table, when it is not specifically rented.
The Kitchen table, commonly used by some.
ALSO
The Upstairs common area is also available, when it is not specifically rented.
This area has natural light and multiple tables.
PLEASE NOTE: Any bookings of the AV Room or Upstairs Common areas take precedence over all Open Desk Users.
COMMON SPACES
The common spaces includes men & women's bathroom, and a unisex bathroom upstairs.
The downstairs kitchen is available with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and filtered water available. The upstairs kitchen is also available
WiFi is available throughout the entire building and a printer is available.
THIS IS A WORKING OFFICE
This facility is a working office, and as such, noise from normal conversations, deliveries, people coming and going, phone calls, printers, etc are to be expected.
Some patrons use headphones if common office background noise bothers them.
