Dual monitor setup with Large Screen TV and PROJECTOR screen. Bose Speaker system. Shared spaces includes men's & women's bathroom and kitchen available with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee, and filtered water available. WiFi throughout the entire building and a printer is available. Small fridge in AV room for drinks. This room is available for filming, however, please contact us in advance to work out the details and the logistics of filming.

Old Buildings such as the Whistle Post, Depot are nearby and during winter the pavilion opens for ice skating. The entire city is very welcoming and open to professionals of all ages. OPEN DESK Full-Time FULL TIME OPEN DESK USAGE: This service is for avg of 50 hr per week or less and costs $120 per month, 24 hr access.. If usage regularly exceeds this amount, tenant may be asked to choose another rental option. All Open Desk seating is first come, first choice. OPEN DESK AREAS All OPEN DESK users have multiple areas to choose from. Downstairs we have: The Large open room up front with 2 large windows and lots of beautiful natural light. The AV Room table, when it is not specifically rented. The Kitchen table, commonly used by some. ALSO The Upstairs common area is also available, when it is not specifically rented. This area has natural light and multiple tables. PLEASE NOTE: Any bookings of the AV Room or Upstairs Common areas take precedence over all Open Desk Users. COMMON SPACES The common spaces includes men & women's bathroom, and a unisex bathroom upstairs. The downstairs kitchen is available with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and filtered water available. The upstairs kitchen is also available WiFi is available throughout the entire building and a printer is available. THIS IS A WORKING OFFICE This facility is a working office, and as such, noise from normal conversations, deliveries, people coming and going, phone calls, printers, etc are to be expected. Book our EVENT SPACE SETUP for your event! Poker Party? Co-worker Birthday party? HOA Meeting? Charity Board Meetings? (Ask for special rates!) Club Meeting? By combining our Hot seat and our AV/Conference rooms into one booking, you can host small gatherings of up to 25 people. We have hosted several New Year's eve parties, poker parties, birthday and anniversary parties. Sales & Associational Marketing meetings, Antique Car Clubs and Motorcycle Clubs too! For an extra fee, you can include the upstairs commons area for the sitters to watch the kids!
