Open Desk w/ Mailing Address
Open desk with a mailing address is $120 per month and includes access to our common areas and a seat in our Open desk area, and a physical address to use on any company documents, web listings, etc. We will receive your incoming mail and hold for pick up. Services such as mail forwarding, notifications of received mail, etc. are available for a small additional fee The main Open Desk area features a large open room with 2 large windows and lots of beautiful natural light. If available, the Upstairs Common area and the AV Room may be used for Open Desk users. Open Desk seating is first come, first choice. Bookings of the AV Room and Upstairs Common areas take precedence over Open Desk. This facility is a working office, and as such, noise from normal conversations, phone calls, printers, etc are to be expected. Any additional bookings will receive a 15% discount off the regular listed price. (not including private offices) If you require any additional services please let us know. Common space includes men & women's bathroom and kitchen available with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, coffee and filtered water available. WiFi is available throughout the entire building and a printer is available.

Our virtual office package is $70 a month and includes a physical address to use on any company documents, web listings, etc. we will receive incoming mail and hold for pick up. Book our EVENT SPACE SETUP for your event! Poker Party? Co-worker Birthday party? HOA Meeting? Charity Board Meetings? (Ask for special rates!) Club Meeting? By combining our Hot seat and our AV/Conference rooms into one booking, you can host small gatherings of up to 25 people. We have hosted several New Year's eve parties, poker parties, birthday and anniversary parties. Sales & Associational Marketing meetings, Antique Car Clubs and Motorcycle Clubs too! For an extra fee, you can include the upstairs commons area for the sitters to watch the kids!

We have offices available to buisness that are "essential" or will not require any customer to come to the office. 

We have placed cans of lysol disinfectant throughout the office and ask everyone to spray all commonly used surfaces when they leave. Additionally we disinfect all publix space when we leave the office.
