The warm ambiance fosters focus and collaboration as you sip gourmet coffee, tea or bottled water. Access the location by freeway (110, 210, 134) or train (Del Mar Station). Fly into Burbank Airport (BUR). Park for free on the street or reserve parking at $15 per day. Have your event catered or walk to Houston's, Parkway Grill, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's. Beautiful work space. Very sunny, airy, and cool. Furnishings, lighting, and appointments are all very good, including the wifi. We would work here again anytime!

To reduce the risk of exposure to contagious diseases, the following procedures have been implemented: 

1. Cleaning procedures include use of disinfectant.   

2. The number of guests has been reduced. 

3. Congregating in common areas is discouraged. 

4. Frequent hand washing is encouraged. Hand sanitizer is available. 

5. Operable windows are available in most private spaces.  

6. Guests are asked not to use our space if they have a contagious disease or have been exposed to one.
