Geographically, Cupertino is one of the smallest cities in Silicon Valley. But don't let that fool you, Cupertino is a major player in the tech industry, home to Apple Inc. With high profile neighbors, comes higher rents so don't expect real estate to come cheap in Cupertino.

Cupertino makes up the western border of Silicon Valley, with parts of the city in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Cupertino is due west of San Jose and shares a northern border with Santa Clara and Sunnyvale. Highway 280 runs through the northern part of the city, while Route 85 runs through the center of the city. Most tech firms located in Cupertino are concentrated along De Anza Boulevard, Cali Mill Plaza, and Bubb Road.
