We booked a conference room for 2 days. The facility was great with provisions for a wall mounted display monitor and whiteboard. The area is within walking distance to great restaurants which helped. We plan to come back here for our next round of meetings.

The vibes here were great - love the different types of spaces. It was easy to get a private conference room for the whole day. I will say, the WiFi was very slow and cut out for 5-10 minutes during the middle of the day. Would not recommend if you have a job interview or something where you'd absolutely NEED continuous WiFi.

The phone booths were taken too quickly but it was not that busy that I couldn't have a few phone calls in the public space. Clean and beuatifully furnished space!

Everything went great!

I 'coworked' here for 4 days in a row - and everything was consistent: reception is friendly, quick, professional - even anticipated my question; clean; easy-no hassle connecting to wifi; as advertised. I had never 'coworked' before and wasn't sure what to expect really. Three of the 4 days there was no one else at the two tables in the area I was in (though I'm sure that can vary). I sat at a regular table in a comfortable, adjustable desk chair. Plugged my laptop in; easily connected to wifi and worked. Because I make phone calls and have virtual/video meetings, I went to the 'not quiet' floor. You could say the table I was at was in a lobby/reception area or an alcove of that. Nearby were a couple couches that sometimes one or two people sat on either working, eating lunch, or sleeping! There was also a sort of kitchenette/bar area. At home I have a standing desk and I find it hard to sit ALL day -- so sometimes I put my laptop on the bar and stood there doing my work. Not the perfect height for me (I'm short AND that's not it's purpose) but very do-able. I *did* go up on the rooftop twice. This was August - so it was hot. One time I went up first thing in the morning; I was able to connect to wifi, actually did some work, including a meeting before I had to slide away from the table to be in the shade...then I just went in to my usual spot. I would say the only negative comment I have is that it's not easy to get from place to place; I did not need to go from quiet to not quiet area - but i believe to do so, you have to use the elevator and to get to the floor you want you have to first go to the reception floor and have them swipe you access to the floor you want. This doesn't take very long - but if you needed to quickly jump from here to there... If my son attends summer camp at the USS Intrepid again next summer - I'll definitely book this same location!

Perfect space for meeting

I enjoyed my time in this space. I love the outdoor patio. The A/C was super cold, but that was easy to overlook given how hot it was outside.

Really liked the open space, easy to move around and appreciated having access to two beautiful outdoor spaces. Would definitely recommend for individual or small group rentals.

Karen was very accommodating and kind. The space was perfect for our needs (photoshoot). We were able to move furniture around as needed and move freely around in the space. It was a very good experience.

Excellent work space! It would be perfect if they had some external monitors to hook your laptop.

Handy midtown location, and the price of $30 per desk for a day is excellent. Wifi was strong, and the space was nice and quiet in the morning. The little terrace on the 11th floor faces South - excellent little sun spot! Bring your own K-cups/creamer/sugar if you want to use the coffee machine!

The space is clean and comfortable and the front desk person couldn’t be nicer. Highly recommend.

I was looking for a space to get some work done before and after a lunch meeting in mid-town. WorkHouse was just what I needed for the day. The staff were helpful, and the others in the space were considerate and courteous. The space itself was clean and light - just as the photos pictured. I would definitely book this workspace again.

The customer service & accommodations were absolutely gorgeous! I would strongly recommend securing this space for your next company offsite. The space was airy, but most importantly - this workspace was extremely secure and safe.

Highly recommend this space. We booked this space for a photoshoot and it was the perfect choice! The lighting is optimal and the space is beautiful--Looks just like the photos! Staff was wonderful and everything went so smoothly. Thank you for having us! :)

This experience was easy and the conference space was just the right fit for my meetings. I was able to purchase bottled water for my clients in advance. I sent out a calendar invite to each client with instructions and then the process of reception on the 16th floor to send my associates to the 10th floor, for each 1 hr appointment, was efficient and worked out flawlessly. I recommend this venue.

Workhouse is a great space. Well designed and a great location. It got a bit crowded at one point, but most of the time there was plenty of space. It's a refreshing change (and option) to the other major coworking spaces.

The staff were very professional, friendly and accommodating. I have the need for more access to private phone booths because several times they were full when I needed them. I was also anxious when I knew a call was coming up b/c I wasn't sure if I would "get" the booth. I would pay more for a bit more privacy or more access to reserved phone rooms for peace of mind. For example, I'd pay $50 for the day if I could reserve a booth ahead of times for the hours when I knew I had a conference call coming up. Just a suggestion. I'll most likely use your space again. And I want to reiterate, the staff were very nice and helpful in trying to find me a more private space and I greatly appreciated that!

Room was nice and staff was friendly, but the metal chairs were uncomfortable.
