The Commons is a coworking space located in the business district of New Town in St. Charles, MO, a New Urbanist community. Our space has private offices, shared workspaces, meeting rooms, and an event space that can seat 40+ and has access to a full kitchen. The Commons is a fun, yet professional space providing a cost-effective and efficient way to work and grow. We are in walking distance to restaurants, bars, lakeside walking paths, service businesses, and retail shops.
Dedicated Cubicle
The Commons is located in a resort-like, new-urbanist neighborhood that makes for an idyllic setting. You’ll have a large L-desk in a cubicle that is always yours and only yours. This month-to-month membership gives you access to the space 24/7, crazy-fast Internet, 8 meeting room credits per month, free coffee & tea, and a community to support and help you succeed. Includes mailbox and locking file cabinets. High-speed Wired & WiFi Internet, coffee, tea, and access to the kitchen are complimentary.

The courtyard's adaptable space can suit your event's needs. Host an elegant wedding ceremony, a vibrant cocktail party, or a delightful outdoor reception or exposition. String lights with a gas lamps incorporate a magical atmosphere in the evening. Adored with season plantings/greenery and the centerpiece water fountain create a tranquil setting for your event. An overflow air-conditioned indoor space offers a retreat from the weather. Host your event with the caterer of your choice and take advantage of our on-site kitchenette for final food preparation or beverage service. 2 convenient indoor restrooms are available for guests.
Flex Event Space
The Commons is located in a resort-like, new-urbanist neighborhood that makes for an idyllic setting to host your event. Seating for 40+. Nine 2-person training tables (or can be used for 4-person dining) are included. 75" HDTV and overhead speakers. Attached deck with outdoor seating for six. Free WiFi. Additional meeting rooms, a full kitchen, and catering are available as add-ons. We will throw in a ping-pong setup for FREE, lol. Note, space is on the 2nd Floor with no elevator.

The Commons Kitchen
The Commons Kitchen is available for your special culinary focused events. We all love hanging out near the kitchen to chat, participate in the prep or sneak tasty treats so now you can do all that and rent the kitchen sink, too! The open room can be arranged to seat 16-20 comfortably. Light pours in through the window and extra large doors leading to the small balcony overlooking New Town's bustling Rue Royale Street. Host your cooking class, small dinner event, birthday party or food tasting with us in The Commons Kitchen. (Can be combined with the Flex Event Space to host more people.)

Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer.

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. 

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 14 days.
