Access to large, clean bathrooms, a kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, pod coffee maker, Espresso machine and blender, and large, friendly reception/waiting area. Large, mostly unused parking lot is located right next to the door. Printer/copier/scanner is available. Prints incur a small extra fee. Filming is allowed with an onsite refundable, cash deposit. Guests are responsible for acquiring waivers and video capture notifications. For auditions, waiting room must also be rented, at a discounted rate.
