This brightly lit room is perfect for one-to-one business meetings or tutoring, small groups of artists or musicians to rehearse, or for auditions-film, theater, music etc. An adult-sized folding table and/or chairs can be provided. Also availbable are child-sized easel, tables and chairs. Up to 5 music stands are available. This space is very much customizable. It has 2 walls full of windows that open for fresh air exchange and a sink for hand washing. Access to large, clean bathrooms, a kitchen with small refrigerator, microwave, pod coffee maker, Espresso machine and blender, and large, friendly reception/waiting area. Large, mostly unused parking lot is located right next to the door. Printer/copier/scanner is available. Prints incur a small extra fee. Filming is allowed with an onsite refundable, cash deposit. Guests are responsible for acquiring waivers and video capture notifications. For auditions, waiting room must also be rented, at a discounted rate. This space is also great for 1-1 and small group tutoring, speech and occupational therapy for young kids. Free access to toys for young children for this use- farm, kitchen, workbench and more.

This space is perfectly laid out to have several defined spaces with the room. Set up one side as a food and beverage station while the bulk of the room is set up for presentations or round table discussions and the entrance is set up for registration or check in. Alternatively, have 2 separate presentation/meeting spaces set up in the same room to transition seamlessly from one pre-set activity to another. This is the perfect event space for a conference, Book Fair, product launch or other similar event. Set up a registration table at the entrance and still have room for 12-14 vendor spaces. A loading door that opens onto the back parking lot allows for easy load-in and load-out. Great for photo sessions or filming. We have a green screen and an in-house photographer/videographer. For events with minimal furniture, the room can accommodate quite a few more than that. With a small stage area, an audience section of about 30 seats can be set up comfortably. The space has two long tables that can be pushed together or separated to give meeting participants extra distancing. Five cushioned chairs accompany. A whiteboard on an easel is available at no extra charge. Bathrooms, kitchen and waiting room are also available.
