Perfect for recitals, art exhibits, play readings or small productions, rehearsals, classes, open-mic nights, film screenings and even parties. Catering is available along with a good assortment of styles of furniture, decor and equipment. Perfect for kids' or adult birthday parties, retirement parties, bridal/baby showers, family reunions, graduation parties, Girl Scout bridging ceremonies, Boy Scout events, and more. The space is optimized for COVID protocols with a window that opens for natural air exchange, a sink in the room for hand washing, and a medical grade air purifier. The space has two long tables that can be pushed together or separated to give meeting participants extra distancing. Five cushioned chairs accompany. A whiteboard on an easel is available at no extra charge. Bathrooms, kitchen and waiting room are also available. Kitchen has small refrigerator, pod coffee maker, microwave, Espresso machine, and blender. Printer is available at an extra cost. Lots of parking with many spaces close to the door. Perfect for tutoring, speech or occupational therapy, consulting, creative brainstorming, homeschool co-ops and small meetings of professionals.

This small but comfortable room provides comfortable tables and chairs arranged for presentations on the 70+" digital display. The room also has a piano in it , making it useful for musical training and rehearsals. The room has its own thermostat for personalized comfort settings.
