This private team office can fit up to 6 team members and has exterior windows, a large ideation wall, and a mounted TV/Monitor. It comes furnished with desks, chairs, and lockable storage cabinets. The ideation wall is a whiteboard brainstorming wall where you can write down all your team dreams! This office has wonderful natural light and looks out over the town of Geneva. All of our private offices have access to our full service kitchen and endless amounts of complimentary coffee and water. Our Geneva location has 5 different conference rooms that you can book with member discounted pricing. Ideation Vault Project Room
Our Ideation Vault Project Room is a space designed to spark creativity and collaboration. This project room is perfect for client presentations, brainstorming sessions, corporate off-sites, seminars, interviews, and heads down work. Access to blazing fast WiFi is included. We provide locally roasted coffee, a selection of teas and filtered water for all meetings. Configurable room, LED presentation monitor, yellow dry erase brainstorming wall.
Zoom Room Boardroom
This room includes hybrid meeting technology! You can host a hybrid meeting with attendees present and afar, with ease. The Rally Plus UHD 4K Conference Camera System with Dual-Speakers and Mic Pods Set from Logitech delivers up to UHD 4K30 resolution for lifelike HD video calls to create the experience of sitting together in the same room. The set includes the Rally camera, two speakers, a Display Hub, two Mic Pods, a remote control, and multiple cables to connect and power all the components. The Rally Plus delivers professional HD video with sharp image resolution, enhanced color reproduction with its wide dynamic range, and a 15x HD zoom. The LED screen shows all attendees on screen who are attending virtually, for the in-person attendees to see. The camera in the room follows who is talking, so the virtual attendees also have a great experience to hear and see everyone attending in-person. It feels like everyone is in one room together! The after-hours staffing price for meeting room bookings is $35/hr.
Hub Space
The large open space at the heart of our building has a mounted LCD monitor for HDMI connection. A 10 foot screen in our Flex space can mirror the presentation in Hub space for larger groups. You can make use of the round tables and counter seating, or arrange it auditorium-style. We can help you arrange catering for your event. The after-hours staffing price for meeting room bookings is $35/hr.

Health & Safety Policies

True wellness is achieved through a sense of physical safety as well as psychological safety.

Put simply, our workspace users must both BE safe and FEEL safe. This belief guides our safety-forward policies outlined below.

 

ENTRY POLICIES

-On first arrival, all members and guests will be screened with a simple, non-invasive temperature screening that will display an immediate readout before they can continue on. Anyone displaying a temperature over 99.9 will be required to postpone their visit.

-Those waiting for a temperature screening must stand 6+ feet apart.

-All members and guests entering the space are required to verbally affirm that in the last 14 days, they haven’t presented any of the following symptoms or been in contact with someone who has, as advised by the CDC:

Cough

Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing

OR at least 2 of the following symptoms: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or sense of smell.

 

PPE (PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT) POLICIES

The state of Illinois has mandated the use of a mask for all medically-able individuals in settings where 6+ ft of distance is not possible. Although 25N has designed much of the space to support distancing of 6+ ft between members and guests, it is highly recommended that you bring your own mask into the space and wear it in all shared spaces.

Members in their own private workspace (such as a private office) may use masks in accordance with their own comfort level.

All 25N team members will wear masks daily.

 

CLEANING & DISINFECTING POLICIES

Heightened cleaning and disinfecting processes, (as recommended by the CDC) will be executed by external, contracted cleaning teams.

Sanitation sweeps of common areas will continue to take place throughout each workday by the 25N staff—wiping down between meetings and phone booth uses, cleaning commonly used areas, etc.

Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipe stations will be available throughout the workspace for ongoing member and guest use.

 

STAFFING POLICIES

25N team members will be adhering to social distancing guidelines, but will have at least one team member stationed at the front desk at all times.

A generous corporate sick-day policy ensures that no team member who is unwell feels pressure to come in to work. 

 

MEETING ROOM POLICIES

We will comply with all forthcoming local regulations—if any—regarding limitations on gathering sizes. Any member or guest who would like to set their own self-restrictions above those regulations are welcome to do so. 

25N team members will provide assistance with meeting room bookings to ensure each group is accommodated with an appropriately-sized room.

We are temporarily modifying our coffee and water service to limit cross-contamination. One of our gloved team members will serve coffees individually rather than providing access to a shared self-service pot. Water may be self-served at our touchless dispenser in the cafe area. 

We will happily still handle ordering and set-up for any boxed lunches or covered beverages you’d like delivered to your meeting (our add-on catering coordination service).

Generous meeting room sizes (35-50% larger than industry standard) ensure that there will be plenty of room to spread out as needed.
