Our spaces are collaborative and inviting. Although we have a self-service approach, a member of our staff will always be within the facilities to help you when you need any further assistance. Located on the top floor of a historic redbrick building, this modern coworking space on 444 N Wabash Avenue offers plenty of natural daylight and breathtaking views of the city of Chicago. The ambience is characterized by an infectious energy and an area concept that exudes cosiness and conveys openness. The industrial loft offers the perfect blend of comfort and a motivating environment for an inspiring work day. After work, discover the excellent restaurants and the diverse bar scene. I came to Chicago for a work event and needed a place to work while I was here (Starbucks is great, but it’s not exactly the best place to run customer calls). I found Rent24, and since it was just a couple of blocks from my hotel, I decided to book a day pass for the two days I was here. There were plenty of places to sit, some cubby desks that were perfect for customer calls and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely come back if I’m ever in town again for work!

cleaning and disinfecting the office on a nightly basis

· provide all our staff and clients the list of common symptoms of the coronavirus so they can be diligent with their health & safety and seek medical advice as required:

Nimbler, as the person conducting a business or undertaking, has the primary duty of care under the Act, and as such must ensure the health, safety and welfare of workers and other persons who may be affected by our operations, products, services and activities.
