Toast and Jam Community is an Executive-Office/Coworking space in a 140-year-old manufacturing building located in the heart of downtown Buford, GA. We offer over 10,000 square feet of shared workspace, private offices, meeting rooms, and amenities in a beautifully designed environment. Our beautiful conference room is perfect for connecting with your team and clients. Amenities include coffee, tea, and a snack bar. We are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. We are located near some of the best restaurants in Buford, on a nice street for an afternoon walk.

Meetings and conferences can be a big part of business., and we're glad to provide an easy solution for you to connect with your team and clients. Our conference room seats 8 people at the table comfortably with 10 seats in the room total. ​ This attractive conference room features an exposed brick wall with two large exterior windows, exposed industrial ductwork, a painted wood ceiling, and 10 brown leather office chairs paired with the glossy wood conference table. ​ Amenities include electronic access, 42"x 96" table with built-in power, HDMI, and LAN, 60" whiteboard, 60" display, Bluetooth sound system, ROKU, late/coffee machine, mini-fridge, and light refreshments.

We request no entry if you have been sick in the last 3 days or around someone who has been exposed or has Covid. The areas are sanitized first thing in the morning and through out the day. Masks are encouraged but not required
