AFTER-HOURS: WEEKDAYS: 5:00pm - 11:00pm WEEKENDS: 6:00am - 11:00pm *50% coupon is not available for after-hours usage* Impress your clients with our state-of-the-art conference room directly across from the Broward County Courthouse with ocean and city views. Our Rockefeller Room was designed to be the most impressive and powerful meeting room in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Holding up to 25 people the Rockefeller was designed with high-end furniture, sound proofing in walls, privacy screen, 75in. LCD TV that connects to the table for presentations, surround sound, white board, high speed Wi-Fi access, and VOIP Polycom speaker phone. Impress your clients with our statement room, we have everything you need right at your fingertips. Parking: There are a couple of parking options: 1. We can offer you discounted parking validations for our in-building parking garage (at our rate) please make sure to purchase these with us on the 17th floor, if purchased downstairs no discount is offered. 20 minutes = free parking 30 minutes = $6.50 1 hour = $10.00 All day = $19.00 Special event = $12.00 (only for 15+ attendees) 2. Metered parking around the building *** PLEASE NOTE: If booking after hours or on weekends please stop by or call our office during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm for access.. · After-hours access badge – if our badge is not returned to our front desk security, $100 fee *****If a reservation is booked for after-hours/weekend access, we need to be notified before 3 p.m. on Friday, if notified after 3 p.m. for after-hours/weekend access, there is no guarantee that you will be able to access our space due to us needing to inform the security in our building for approval. There is a $50 set-up fee for any reservations made after 12 noon on Fridays.

ABOUT YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY AT OUR CENTERS:

To our valued members and guests, your health and safety is of the utmost priority. Our center has implemented new policies going forward due to COVID-19. Thank you for reading this and doing your part in preventing the spread of this virus. 

 

We have implemented the following:

- Face coverings/masks are required in all common areas of our building and floor. 

- Hand sanitizing stations can be found throughout our floor. 

-  Empire Staff is cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

- Asking all members and guests to help sanitize/clean surfaces they used. 

- Encouraging of washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and social distancing. 

- Tissues are provided in all common areas and meeting rooms. 

Please make sure to dispose of tissue/napkins and wash hands immediately.

- If you are sick and not feeling well we kindly ask that you stay home.
