If the Badge is not returned, you will be charged an additional $100 fee. Staff is not on-site for after hours and weekend bookings. Please contact us for Access into our space during normal business hours (At least 48 hour's notice). After-hours HVAC - Please contact us for any HVAC requests for after-hours. If you are visiting over the weekend, make sure to contact us before 12 p.m. on Friday to confirm the AC will be on. If your meeting time is not within our HVAC hours there is a $50/hour charge.

- Face coverings/masks are required in all common areas of our building and floor. 

- Hand sanitizing stations can be found throughout our floor. 

-  Empire Staff is cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

- Asking all members and guests to help sanitize/clean surfaces they used. 

- Encouraging of washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and social distancing. 

- Tissues are provided in all common areas and meeting rooms. 

Please make sure to dispose of tissue/napkins and wash hands immediately.

- If you are sick and not feeling well we kindly ask that you stay home.
