Empire Executive Offices was designed to be the most impressive and powerful office in downtown Fort Lauderdale. Directly across from the Broward County Courthouse, Empire offers professionally staffed upscale office space, State-of-the-art meeting rooms, day office's, phone answering service and Virtual Office's / Business Address. We are steps away from the Broward County Courthouse, shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafes. On-site amenities include: That's a Wrap Café, Dunkin Donuts, Subway, Greek Café, large conference rooms and a banquet hall. We are just minutes away from the Airport, I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Parking: There are a couple of parking options: 1. We can offer you discounted parking validations for our in-building parking garage (at our rate) please make sure to purchase these with us on the 17th floor, if purchased downstairs no discount is offered. 20 minutes = free parking 30 minutes = $8.00 1 hour = $12.00 All day = $22.00 Special event = $15.00 (only for 15+ attendees) 2. Metered parking around the building ***After-hours/Weekend Access - Please contact us for more information during normal business hours. Should you need access after hours, your name will be left at the front desk on the 1st floor, you will need to check in there. They will ask for your ID and give you an access badge to enter our floor. (this badge will be used in the elevators and our main doors on the 17th floor). Make sure to keep the badge on you while you are here and return it to the 1st floor front desk when finished. If the Badge is not returned, you will be charged an additional $100 fee. Staff is not on-site for after hours and weekend bookings. Please contact us for Access into our space during normal business hours (At least 48 hour's notice). After-hours HVAC - Please contact us for any HVAC requests for after-hours. If you are visiting over the weekend, make sure to contact us before 12 p.m. on Friday to confirm the AC will be on. If your meeting time is not within our HVAC hours there is a $50/hour charge.

To our valued members and guests, your health and safety is of the utmost priority. Our center has implemented new policies going forward due to COVID-19. Thank you for reading this and doing your part in preventing the spread of this virus.

- Face coverings/masks are required in all common areas of our building and floor.

-  Empire Staff is cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant.

- Tissues are provided in all common areas and meeting rooms.
