Cancellation Policy
ABOUT YOUR HEALTH & SAFETY AT OUR CENTERS:
To our valued members and guests, your health and safety is of the utmost priority. Our center has implemented new policies going forward due to COVID-19. Thank you for reading this and doing your part in preventing the spread of this virus.
We have implemented the following:
- Face coverings/masks are required in all common areas of our building and floor.
- Hand sanitizing stations can be found throughout our floor.
- Empire Staff is cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant.
- Asking all members and guests to help sanitize/clean surfaces they used.
- Encouraging of washing hands for a minimum of 20 seconds and social distancing.
- Tissues are provided in all common areas and meeting rooms.
Please make sure to dispose of tissue/napkins and wash hands immediately.
- If you are sick and not feeling well we kindly ask that you stay home.
