You can Mix and Match the available options below. Most affordable option is the first offices which total $6700/mo (6 month term but at 12 months gets you to $6030/mo).
Members can rent any of heir 5 meeting rooms for $25/hour and they can rent our large classroom events space called the Forum for $75/hour. The Forum event space holds up to 50 people and has a large screen and projector, perfect for hosting large meetings or training. I have attached photos of our space and a floor plan with our available offices highlighted.

Private Office memberships include 24/7 building access, high speed wifi/ethernet ports, an allotted amount of complimentary meeting room hours (dependent on suite size), one complimentary door logo, all janitorial services and utilities, a private mailbox, and printing services. Our Private Offices come furnished with desks, rolling chairs, and file cabinets for storage.
