Our Floater Membership gives you access to all common work areas and amenities M-F from 8am-5pm! Our Floater memberships are on month-to-month commitment terms allowing entrepreneurs to take full advantage of the collaborative environment without having a long term lease. Whether you like to work morning or evening, in a quiet area, or where all the action is, you’ll find a place to maximize your efficiency.

Our Dedicated Desk membership is $300/month on a month-to-month commitment term. This membership includes 24/7 building access, 5 complimentary meeting room hours per month, a height adjustable desk, rolling chair, and locking credenza. We collect a 150% security deposit which is refunded back to the member upon cancellation notice as well as a $50 non-refundable registration fee upon signup. We require a 30 day notice before the 1st of the month for membership cancellations.

This XL Private Office Suite is located on our main floor. It has one large room with three smaller private offices off the main room that all have large exterior views with tons of natural light. Our Private Office memberships include 24/7 building access, high speed wifi/ethernet ports, an allotted amount of complimentary meeting room hours (dependent on suite size), one complimentary door logo, all janitorial services and utilities, a private mailbox, and printing services. Our Private Offices come furnished with desks, rolling chairs, and file cabinets for storage.

Members can rent any of heir 5 meeting rooms for $25/hour and they can rent our large classroom events space called the Forum for $75/hour. The Forum event space holds up to 50 people and has a large screen and projector, perfect for hosting large meetings or training.
