Our part-time office space is designed with flexibility in mind. You can reserve up to 10 regularly scheduled hours per week on specific days of each week (provided that no one else is already using those hours). It includes use of a semi-private client waiting area just outside the office. Also, enjoy ample on-site parking and 7 days a week office access. We offer a comfortable and professional environment where you can focus on your work and performance. Welcome to the Springs Office, a professional office building that is meticulously maintained and updated to provide a comfortable and functional meeting area . We offer a seamless blend of customer service and functionality that is sure to facilitate a successful event. Our private meeting room holds up to 8 people at the conference table, plus seats for another 4 people to participate in the room. We provide a conference table, chairs, small couch and a small monitor. After hours and weekend events are available. We also have available an open conference area that includes 24 desks and chairs. This is an idea space for a training event or group meeting. The area includes a small seating area for an additional 4 people. You will have access to the kitchen if needed. You will need to clean up if you use the kitchen. Additionally, enjoy ample parking for all your guests, and conveniently located bathrooms. This meeting room can be rented for daily use for $99 per day or on a regular basis for a negotiated amount based on usage. Internet is available at a discounted rate.
