The co-working office is about 300 square feet and the semi-private client waiting area is about 400 square feet. The dedicated exclusive space within this co-working area comprises the large private desk and any file cabinet that you bring in.
This functional work space is only $199 per month and includes all building expenses. Internet service is available at a heavily discounted rate. Access the building 7 days a week. 1 person per company may occupy the desk at a time, but you can have different people at different times as long as its the same company. 6 month lease minimum.
