Our part-time office space is designed with flexibility in mind. You can reserve up to 10 regularly scheduled hours per week on specific days of each week (provided that no one else is already using those hours). It includes use of a semi-private client waiting area just outside the office. Also, enjoy ample on-site parking and 7 days a week office access. We offer a comfortable and professional environment where you can focus on your work and performance. You'll also have the opportunity to connect with other like-minded professionals, expand your network, and grow your business. This office is only $250 per month. We can offer Internet at a reduced rate. You will need to sign a 3 month minimum lease with the property owner and provide a copy of your driver’s license. We have two options available: 1)  Furnished, shared office that includes your company name added on the front entrance building directory, the office door, and an office mailing address.  You can reserve the office for 3 hours a month for private. This is a great solution for companies who need an office address for Google search, NEMT and other reasons.  Only $149 per month. 3 month minimum lease.   2)   Full-time private and dedicated desks in a co-working area.  A sign with your company name will be included on your desk and building entrance directory, and includes an office mailing address.  This is also a great solution for companies who need an office address for Google search, NEMT and other reasons.  Only $149 per month for smaller desks and $199 for larger desks. 3 month minimum lease.
