Our part-time office space is designed with flexibility in mind. You can reserve up to 10 regularly scheduled hours per week on specific days of each week (provided that no one else is already using those hours). It includes use of a semi-private client waiting area just outside the office. Also, enjoy ample on-site parking and 7 days a week office access.

There is one flight of stairs. No elevator. The office is available now.
Rent is $595 per month and features a gross lease, meaning that all building expenses are included, such as gas, electric, water, heating, air conditioning, trash container outside, snow removal, insurance, taxes, and common area cleaning.
