Flexible Event Space With Beautiful Lobby facing the Colorado mountain range. Our event space is multifunctional. It can be set up for conference style seating or round table seating. Audio and Visual equipment is available as an add-on. We also have small rooms that you can do "break out" small group sessions in available as an add-on. A kitchenette is located outside of the event space and is available for use during the event. Our space is perfect for: - Churches - Company Retreats - Meetings - Video shoots - Photo shoots - Charity Events - Conferences - Speaker Panels - Team Building - Other Corporate needs!

The lighting in our studio area is not natural. There are no windows. We have professional lighting equipment for an additional fee or you can bring your own equipment. We do have a loading zone for large equipment on the east side of our lot.

USE OF KITCHENETTE Groups intending to utilize the kitchenette must abide by the following guidelines: - Kitchenette shall be cleaned after each use. Any spills should be cleaned up. - In case of breakage, please inform Building Use Administrator.

Parking is conveniently located on the north side of our building. About 100 parking spaces available with overflow parking on the backside of the building. ***Please do not park on the West side of the building. This is not our parking lot and you may be towed. Signage reminding guests of this is on the entrance doors.
