To book a group study room, please scroll down this page to see room availability and each room's capacity restrictions. Please click the room for more information about that room. Click the time you want to book and fill out form. You may book up to 1 week in advance and bookings are limited to 1 hour per group, per day. Booked rooms are held for 15 mins, before reservation is cancelled. Staff may make adjustments to your reservation if needed. Please note, food is not allowed in the meeting rooms, however drinks with a lid are permitted, thank you. The Mission Branch of Santa Clara City Library is a small community library located near downtown Santa Clara and SCU. The library features: quiet reading areas, wonderful views, a community room, a classroom, four group study rooms, public Wi-Fi, public computers, a printer/copier, and a popular collection of materials for educational and recreational use. Study Room for 1 to 2 people at Mission Branch Library (Study Room has a maximum of 2 people) Please check-in at the Information Desk upon arrival so that Library staff can assist you with your booking. Study Room Policy: •This room can be booked for one hour per day, per group. •Bookings with a single attendee can be booked for a maximum of one hour per day. •Bookings may be scheduled up to one week in advance. •One booking per day, per group. Multiple bookings in our other Group Study Rooms are not permitted on the same day. •One user must have a library card in good standing (user who reserves/books room). •One user Library Card or school/government official photo ID will be held for check-in and returned at check-out. (user who reserves/books room). •NO FOOD. Only covered drinks are allowed. •Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. •No in-and-out privileges. (i.e. Leaving in the middle of your booking to have lunch). Due to high demand, your room will be given to other users if the room is vacated. OUR GROUP STUDY ROOMS ARE STRICTLY FOR MEETINGS OR STUDY SESSIONS. NO SELLING OR PAID CLASSES. Commercial advertising, vending, selling or soliciting of any type, as well as any other commercial or for-profit activities, are strictly prohibited on Library grounds.
