All meeting rooms are disinfected after each reservation. All meeting rooms have a Blueair purifier for use and hands free hand sanitizer dispenser on the wall. NORMAL Business Hours are 8 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday and 8 am - 4:30 pm Friday. **You may gain entrance to the conference room 15 minutes prior to your reservation, if it is available. If you stay 15 minutes beyond the end of your reservation you will be charged.** 65" Samsung Monitor Included in rental with HDMI chord. We also have Apple TV available for Mac hookups. IF your laptop needs an adapter please bring them with you as it seems every laptop is different, we don't provide adapters. ***USB adapters will not work*** The below mentioned items are available upon request - Not Included in the Reservation Fee - Additional Fees Apply Clean Up Fee - if food/beverages brought in ($) Conference Phone - Outbound Calls (excluding 800 numbers) ($)
