Studio BANAA

We are a small architecture and interior design 5 person firm and we have a cool workshop space, recently designed and remodeled by ourselves in the Box Factory, a historic building that used to be a horse stable in the heart of Mission. It is super close to Mission & 16th St BART Station and lots of restaurants and cafes around. Always sunny. There is a shared garden in the amenities, with a shared bathroom, parking is relatively easy to find in the area. There is a kitchenette inside the space, a communal table on the ground level, and two desk stations (there is room for a third desk, and we have an additional desk on the ground floor). There is one monitor on one of the desks. Lots of plugs, natural light from skylight and custom designed light fixtures throughout. It's a super nice community with lots of artists and craftsmen as our neighbors. We will not be in the space, but occasionally need access to the ground floor, where we have material samples stored in drawers. So most of the time you have the space for yourself.
