Whether you are hosting a product launch, team off-site, training class or executive meeting, our private meeting space is sure to please all. Twelve executive chairs surround a wonderful boardroom table, or additional seating with tables or theater seating for larger groups - customize what you need. Ample private parking, along with easy access to facility - no elevator, no stairs - simply walk in and get started. Our space is equipped with multiple monitors, A/V to support various conferencing needs, wireless microphone, ultra fast WiFI along with coffee/tea. Our event coordinator will provide assistance on catering or other needs outside what's provided.

Approximately 1500 sq ft open floor space provides a unique and inviting atmosphere for participants. Plenty of light from windows all around the space. State-of-the-art technology for those requiring use of A/V services, presentations, or digital signage across our 3 HD LED distributed monitors. BoardRoom table and executive chairs for 12 plus additional set-ups can provide up to 50 participants. In order to accommodate meetings up to 50 participants, 6' rounds with 10 chairs would be utilized.

Approximately 1500 sq ft open floor space provides a unique and inviting atmosphere for participants. Plenty of natural light comes from all the surrounding windows. State-of-the-art technology for those requiring use of A/V services, presentations, or digital signage across our 3 HD LED monitors. Boardroom table and executive chairs for 12.

KarPark is AMAZING! We were able to host our entire office for a luncheon and a training session. The place is immaculate, and the décor is eye catching without being overwhelming. Ample room to mingle comfortably and the AV tech provided by KarPark is absolutely top notch. Our trainer lives on the East Coast, so the majority of our event was live streamed. The quality technology on hand at KarPark made it possible for our training to proceed without so much as a hiccup. It was PERFECT! And when the training was over, our staff was given a tour of the incredible vehicles on display in the auto storage area. The tour was fantastic! We had such a great time we plan to host other events there in the future. I highly recommend KarPark to anyone looking for a fresh and exciting space to host any conference or event. Special Thank you to Darrell with KarPark for his outstanding help. He took very good care of us and we enjoyed every minute of our visit.
