BoardRoom table and executive chairs for 12 plus additional set-ups can provide up to 50 participants. In order to accommodate meetings up to 50 participants, 6' rounds with 10 chairs would be utilized.
Guest will be provide a QR code for mobile or posted information to join guest network and access password
Filming Allowed
Guests only need to provide event coordinator what is being recorded and where within space.
Room Set-up ($)
If extra tables are required like catering tables, table cloth etc are needed, an additional fee of $50 will be added.
Catering ($)
Our event coordinator will work with you to determine your food, beverage as well as other services that may be necessary to support your meeting.
Coffee/Tea
Needs to be arranged through catering service. If set-up requires untensils, table cloth for extra service table etc add an additional $50.
TV/Monitor
We have 1 main video conference and presentation monitor. We sync whatever is presented to 2 other monitors in the meeting space to provide visuals if larger crowd.
Video Conference
The boardroom table monitor will support audio and video calls. Must provide to event coordinator your specific web conferencing details to verify functionality.

Meeting space is surrounded by both external and internal facing windows.
Accessibility
Easy access for guests requiring handicap conveniences. Our facility is at street level, handicap ramps at curb and all bathrooms allow for handicap needs.
