Our space is perfect for powerful presentations, featuring two laser projectors on 100" screens. We also provide a top-notch sound system and a TV to enhance your multimedia experience. The venue offers comfortable seating for up to 50 attendees within a quiet 1800 square feet space.
For your convenience, we have a full kitchen, bathroom, and public restrooms available. The space is equipped with large whiteboards, fast and secure WIFI, quiet AC/Heat climate control, and a noise reduction booth.
Parking is a breeze, with free street parking and an affordable parking structure located next to the Amtrak station, just two blocks away. The Merritt BART station is within a convenient 9-minute walk. Additionally, you'll find plenty of restaurants in the Jack London Square district for your enjoyment. We look forward to hosting your meetings!

We booked this space for a leadership workshop for our church on Sunday February 19th. Paul was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. The space was cleaned, ready to use, and well equipped with everything we needed for our meeting. Our meeting was a blended meeting with zoom & in-person and the AV capabilities and WiFi were excellent!
We will definitely book this space again. Thanks!

The work space was awesome. Staff helpful. Hard to find parking and the location does not stand out so many were not sure which building.

This facility is fantastic! Excellent place for a meeting and the parking isn't too bad. We had a group of 15 and there was plenty of space and everyone loved it!

This place was great! Very large, easy to find, and very close to Oakland ferry terminal and the Lake Merritt BART station. Paul was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. It would have been a little nice to have some coffee mugs, but it was almost a non-issue as everything else was great.
