Clean, quiet, and a friendly front desk. Easy to find and access. Nice to have access to a kitchen, as well. It's in a secure location, and a well-maintained building. Check-in downstairs in the lobby was a little cumbersome for my visiting client even though I had registered them by name as a visitor when I made my office reservation. My client said it took a long time with the receptionist having to spend a lot of time with a computer. So maybe have any visitors pad some time coming to the appointment if you're on tight schedules.
