A friendly coworking space in Chinatown. We have two rooms with open desks, a kitchenette, phone booth, small meeting room and space to eat lunch. Easy metered street parking, $5 daily parking across the street at Mandarin Plaza. Gold Line MTA is 2 blocks away. Convenient to train, bus, and a very central location. Close to cafes, bars and restaurants!
Dedicated Desk
Reserve a desk of your own. Includes filing cabinet and access to kitchen, phone booth, conference room and printers and access to our weekly community events. Come visit us first and meet the interesting people in our community!
Open Desk - Full Time
This shared work desk option features access to communal spaces, including meeting rooms and break areas. This is an affordable and efficient option for individuals and small teams to work together in a professional environment. This membership allows access Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm.
Open Desk - Part Time
Our Part Time Membership includes: Use any open desk and the back room. 10 visits per month access M-F during business hours (8am-6pm) member rates for booking events & meetings any available open desk or table access to phone booth and meeting room

A well lit meeting room in our coworking space with access to restrooms and kitchen. Includes TV and hookups, and a whiteboard.
Day Pass
Seated in the our main space with access to the kitchenette and two bathrooms. We have coffee, tea and water available and snacks you can purchase. There are 2 rooms - our main space usually has 1-3 available desks and the back room is much quieter if you need privacy. Choose a desk and get comfy! There is a phone booth and meeting space for phone calls and privacy, and a comfy big table for lunch. Meet our friendly members. Desk is available weekdays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Hourly Desk Pass
Our communal space includes a variety of seating areas to match your mood/needs. We have a phone booth and large room with multiple seating areas if you want to take a call or do not feel like sitting at a desk, or would like some privacy.
The Open Space - Event Room
Our large room can comfortably seat 15-20 for meetings. We have chairs/tables, lighting available and can reconfigure or remove, based on your needs. There is a sink, refrigerator and microwave in this room with a (paid) option to append a smaller side room for additional space. Great for: -Work Retreats -Movie Screenings -Meetings -Lunch or Dinner (catered) -Parties -Art Installations -Classroom Setting This is upstairs (no elevator) and there is a $5 parking lot across the street at Mandarin Plaza. Printer, Projector, and other office supplies are available for your use. *Minimum 2 hr booking
