Need a comfortable, accessible spot for your team to meet? This listing provides an office and membership for up to 4, where your team can use the office and our communal kitchen, lounge, printers, phone booths, and meeting room. When you book a space here, we will get everyone set up with secure wifi, TV and hookups, a whiteboard and anything else you may need. We have printers, extra cables and chargers, and friendly coworkers. There is a phone booth on each floor if someone needs to take a call, and a lounge space right next to the meeting room if you need to take a break. You are basically an office within a larger communal space. Our kitchen has an espresso machine and coffee maker, tea, fridge, etc. This is a very comfortable and friendly space with a hosted reception area from 9 am to 1 pm, Monday - Friday.

A well lit meeting room in our 2 story office with access to restrooms and kitchen. Includes TV and hookups, and a whiteboard. We have a printer if you need to print something. Can accommodate 6-8 guests. We are pet friendly. *This room has 2 fans, and gets warm ( no a/c). If this is an issue please look at our downstairs lounge listing. Our office is a coworking space, and our vibe is friendly and warm. We have a community manager here from 9am-1pm, after those hours you can buzz the doorbell for easy access. Just go up the stairs and the meeting room is on your right hand side. There are always coworkers around and everyone is friendly and professional. Yes, you can bring food or order it to be delivered here! Feel free to eat downstairs in the lounge. There is also a ton of really good chinese/vietnamese food and a burger spot within a 2-5 minute walk. We are a 5 min drive to Dodger Stadium and a 20 min walk. A lot of groups will book a meeting here and have lunch in the neighborhood, or park in Chinatown and Uber to the game.

The Studio is a hidden studio in the middle of bustling Chinatown, next to cafes, art galleries, bars, restaurants, etc. Our building is located in a large alley with easy access for load in and load out. 1 parking spot available for organizer. Please remind us before your event if you need a spot. Can comfortably fit 25 in chairs or combination of smaller couches, benches and chairs. Rearrange as you see fit and put everything back in place. Most furniture pieces are on wheels. All day parking for $5 across the street at Mandarin Plaza until 10pm. (midnight Fri-Sun) This activities that work well in this space: - Classes/ Workshops - Meetings - Company Retreats - Fundraisers - Art Installations - Movie Screenings - Intimate Music Venue Tech: Medium sized TV with HDMI, USB-C and airplay capabilities.
