Studious Coworking Space

A well lit meeting room in our 2 story office with access to restrooms and kitchen. Includes TV and hookups, and a whiteboard. We have a printer if you need to print something. Can accommodate 6-8 guests. We are pet friendly. Our office is a coworking space, and our vibe is friendly and warm. We have a community manager here from 9am-1pm, after those hours you can buzz the doorbell for easy access. Just go up the stairs and the meeting room is on your right hand side. There are always coworkers around and everyone is friendly and professional. Yes, you can bring food or order it to be delivered here! There is also a ton of really good chinese/vietnamese food and a burger spot within a 2-5 minute walk. We are a 5 min drive to Dodger Stadium and a 20 min walk. A lot of groups will book a meeting here and have lunch in the neighborhood, or park in Chinatown and Uber to the game.

Three spaces available for your productivity: Main Space: Large communal table and several desks are always available. Monitors and extra chargers etc. Studio: Our studio is usually very quiet, has natural lighting, a phone booth many desks to work from, including a counter if you like standing. Downstairs: More open space, desks, lounge area and phone booth Please book Meeting Rooms separately on top of your day pass. Phone booths may or may not be occupied; can be booked separately. If you need to pop in for a call that is 1 hr or less, you can do so if it is not occupied. We are walking distance to Phoenix Bakery and a ton of restaurants, including Wonder Bakery, Blossom Vietnamese and GoldBurger in the plaza right next door. Bars & Cafes also within 5 min walking distance, you can leave and buzz the doorbell to come back. Your things are safe here! We are a 5 min uber to Dodger Stadium or a 20 min walk.

Our communal space includes a variety of seating areas to match your mood/needs. We have a phone booth and large room with multiple seating areas if you want to take a call or do not feel like sitting at a desk, or would like some privacy.

Our large room can comfortably seat 15-20 for meetings. We have chairs/tables, lighting available and can reconfigure or remove, based on your needs. There is a sink, refrigerator and microwave in this room with a (paid) option to append a smaller side room for additional space. Great for: -Work Retreats -Movie Screenings -Meetings -Lunch or Dinner (catered) -Parties -Art Installations -Classroom Setting This is upstairs (no elevator) and there is a $5 parking lot across the street at Mandarin Plaza.
