• Emergency Exits: Emergency exits are clearly marked throughout the venue. Please take a moment to locate the nearest exits upon arrival.

• First Aid: First aid supplies are available on-site, and team members are trained in basic first aid. In the event of an emergency, please notify staff immediately.

• Emergency Contacts: In case of severe emergencies, dial 911. Hype staff will provide support as needed to assist with emergency services.

2. Hygiene and Sanitation

• Cleaning: The space is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly before and after each booking, with special attention to high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms, tables, and chairs.

• Hand Sanitizer Stations: Hand sanitizers are available at various locations throughout the venue for use by guests and staff.

• Restrooms: Restrooms are stocked with soap and disposable towels to encourage frequent hand washing.

3. COVID-19 and Respiratory Health Measures

• Face Coverings: Face masks are optional but encouraged for guests who feel more comfortable wearing them.

• Physical Distancing: We encourage physical distancing wherever possible, especially during high-capacity events.

• Ventilation: The venue is equipped with an advanced HVAC system for optimal ventilation and air quality. Additionally, large doors can be opened for fresh air circulation, as appropriate.

4. Equipment and Setup Safety

• Electrical Safety: Hype offers a dedicated 100 AMP power supply for equipment. Please ensure that any additional equipment you bring is in good working order. Only trained individuals should operate complex equipment.

• Loading Dock and Heavy Lifting: If you require the loading dock, please follow safety guidelines and seek assistance if lifting heavy equipment. Hype staff are available to help coordinate safe setup and breakdown.

5. Incident Reporting

• Accidents and Injuries: Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to Hype staff immediately. Our team will take appropriate action and record the incident.

• Feedback and Improvements: Hype values guest feedback. Please inform us of any health and safety concerns or suggestions for improvement to help us maintain a safe environment.

6. Personal Responsibility

• Respect for Others: All guests are expected to respect each other’s safety, personal space, and comfort.

• Behavioral Expectations: Any behavior that poses a risk to others or violates this policy may result in immediate removal from the venue.

7. Fire Safety

• Prohibited Items: Open flames, candles, and smoking are not permitted inside the venue. Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.

• Fire Alarms: In the event of a fire alarm, please follow staff instructions and calmly proceed to the nearest exit.
