M4 - Medium Meeting Room
This stunning conference room for up to 10 people (5 during COVID-19 restrictions) is a great space to hold team meetings, host team building exercises or brainstorm new ideas. Includes a TV, whiteboard, speaker phone, and super fast wireless internet. Filming is not permitted without prior approval.
M5 - Small Meeting Room
A smaller meeting room that seats 4-5 people (2 during COVID-19 restrictions), M5 is the perfect space for corporate meetings, presentations, group work, interviews, brainstorming, workshops, and more. Includes a TV, whiteboard, speaker phone, and super fast wireless internet. Filming is not permitted without prior approval.
Private Office
One business day of access to a private office that includes all CENTRL Office amenities including high speed wireless internet, common areas, kitchen, and phone booths. Meeting rooms, printers, copy machines are available for additional fees. Please note filming is not permitted.

Located on the 7th and 8th floor of Brunswig Square, at the corner of 2nd & Central, in the heart of Little Tokyo, two blocks west of the Arts District and 2.5 blocks east of the Historic Core. CENTRL DTLA will offer a clean and modern aesthetic with plenty of seating options that mimic everything from what you’d expect to find in a traditional office to a coffee shop, a friends living room to a kitchen island, all with fantastic views of downtown Los Angeles. There are high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows to set you up for success, insight, creativity, and increase productivity. Please note filming is not permitted.
Tables
Work at one of our common area tables and enjoy all of our business amenities as well as our common areas, kitchens, phone booths, and more. All desk rentals include access to our premium business amenities including high-speed internet, printers/copiers, common areas, kitchens, and on-site office managers.

With the coronavirus threat we are all facing, the safety of our members and staff are our number one priority. Over the last several weeks we have been closely monitoring the guidance and recommendations provided by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), the federal government, and local governments.

 

Based on the guidance we’ve received from these agencies, we continue to keep our workspaces open to our members that are a part of businesses that are deemed essential by applicable local governments. However, we have instituted a number of health and safety updates to safeguard our members and employees.

 

Our members are asked to please adhere to these policies:

 

- Avoid groups of more than 10 people in all offices, meeting rooms, and workspaces

- Keep a social distance of six feet from all other people

- Regularly wash hands with soap and avoid contact with other members

- Refrain from using refrigerators, microwaves, dishwashers, dishware, utensils

- Use disposable cups when drinking coffee and water provided in our workspaces

- Immediately contact us at work@centrloffice.com if you are diagnosed with COVID-19

- While we have made updates to our health and safety policies, all CENTRL Office mailboxes, printers, wi-fi, and other IT services remain available to members. We will not be providing coffee in our workspaces. We have determined these policies from the guidance we are receiving from federal, state, and local governments and health agencies. If we receive new guidance, we will update our policies and communicate them to all members as soon as possible.
