Carr Workplaces DTLA offers furnished private offices, coworking and meeting rooms on the 10th floor of 700 South Flower Street at The Bloc. The Bloc is a mixed-use LEED Gold campus on Downtown Los Angeles's 7th Street corridor. It has direct access to Metro rail and an on-site parking garage. Choose a private office for an individual or small team, a hybrid plan, a dedicated desk, a day office or a Downtown LA virtual office address. Flexible terms are available. Every plan includes furniture, Wi-Fi, utilities, cleaning, coffee, unlimited printing, mail handling and reception. The center has four meeting rooms: Venice (14), Sunset (14), Olympic (8) and Wilshire (8). The Bloc also has a rooftop event space, a fitness center, an outdoor courtyard lounge, a movie theater, and on-site dining and shopping. The center is a fit for law and financial firms in the Financial District, entertainment and production teams, tech companies and regional offices that want a transit-connected DTLA office. When you rent a space you shouldn't be expected to download and utilize their screensharing software. What if your company forbids the downloading of non-approved software? That could derail your client meeting and cause you to have to find alternative solutions like running to a Kinkos and printing slides for all to review. Fun. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful though and this is not a reflection on her.
