When you rent a space you shouldn't be expected to download and utilize their screensharing software. What if your company forbids the downloading of non-approved software? That could derail your client meeting and cause you to have to find alternative solutions like running to a Kinkos and printing slides for all to review. Fun. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful though and this is not a reflection on her.
