Professional and beautifully lit conference room available for hour or daily rental. Equipped with comfortable modern chairs, large wooden conference table, Epson projector, and access to kitchen. Outside catering allowed. High-speed internet available
When booking the conference room you are not allowed to use other rooms in the building (break room,lobby, Kitchen as a waiting area). We suggest in the case of interviews or depositions to keep traffic to a maximum of 3 people at a time. in this case (up to 3 people), they can wait in the lobby area.
Please note that the conference room is located on the second floor and it is not handicap accessible

We are providing well-lit, spacious desks for rent as well as a fancy 10 person conference room. The spaces are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. You will also have access to the kitchen and break room. You can also benefit from daily UPS, USPS and Fedex pick ups if you have things to ship out. Street parking only, but there is ample free and unrestricted parking in the area. HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!! Eldad is a very sweet man and did his best to accommodate us. His offices are clean and beautifully decorated, private meeting room has all the plugs for laptops and features a projector screen for presentations. The building and conference room were GREAT! However, the neighborhood it's located in is VERY BAD. I was utilizing the space to conduct professional interviews in and it was hard for my prospects to find the location and park close by and feel safe walking in. Hopefully this area of town will get cleaned up soon and the value of this space will be much improved! All-in-all a great experience other than the neighborhood.
