We are providing well-lit, spacious desks for rent as well as a fancy 10 person conference room. The spaces are available Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. You will also have access to the kitchen and break room. You can also benefit from daily UPS, USPS and Fedex pick ups if you have things to ship out. Street parking only, but there is ample free and unrestricted parking in the area. Loud and disruptive at times. The wifi network cut out in the middle of my zoom meeting for at least 20 minutes. I was finally given a different wifi network to continue my meeting. Over all was pleased with the clean and affordable option for a rental work space.

HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!! Eldad is a very sweet man and did his best to accommodate us. His offices are clean and beautifully decorated, private meeting room has all the plugs for laptops and features a projector screen for presentations. The building and conference room were GREAT! However, the neighborhood it's located in is VERY BAD. I was utilizing the space to conduct professional interviews in and it was hard for my prospects to find the location and park close by and feel safe walking in. Hopefully this area of town will get cleaned up soon and the value of this space will be much improved! All-in-all a great experience other than the neighborhood.
