YourOffice - Birmingham offers a large meeting area with portable tables for easy reconfiguration from classroom style to U to board style. This space includes an LCD TV, projector, whiteboard, flipcharts and conference phone. Wired and secured wireless internet access is included. This room is set up for 12 but can accommodate more depending on configuration. Filtered water is provided, coffee, snacks and lunch are available upon request. Laptop computers are available for rent for training sessions.

Polycom VSX 7000 IP video conferencing available. Please schedule 30 minutes additional time at the beginning of your reservation for setup requirements. Charges may vary based on needs and times. See Center Manager.

Whiteboard

A portable whiteboard is available upon request. Flipcharts and markers are available, cost based on usage.

Accessibility ($)

Meeting rooms are available outside normal business hours at a rate of 1.5 times normal rate.

Catering ($)

Catering is available at cost +15%, sodas and bottled water are $1 each.

Coffee/Tea ($)

Coffee is available at no cost for a guest. For extended meetings or large groups, please order a pot of coffee.

Notary Services ($)

$5 per signature

Print/Scan/Copy ($)

Color ($.75/page) and B&W ($.10/page) printing and copies are available from memory stick or network. Scanning is $.75 per page.

32-inch flat screen monitor with DVD and VCR players included in the room. Includes HDMI and RGB inputs. Cables are available for Mac and PC.
