YourOffice - Birmingham is now offering a warm, comfortable Counseling Office for the part-time mental health professional or a convenient alternate location. Amenities include white noise machine, portable white board, tissues, buzzer to announce clients and soft lighting. As with other Guest Offices, it is available by the hour, half-day or day. Help yourself to coffee and filtered water. Snacks and sodas are also available.

Room includes one executive chair and two guest chairs. Additional seating available upon request.

Video Conference ($)

Polycom VSX 7000 IP video conferencing available. Please schedule 30 minutes additional time at the beginning of your reservation for setup requirements. Charges may vary based on needs and times. See Center Manager.

Whiteboard

A portable whiteboard is available upon request. Advance notice is appreciated. Flipcharts are available upon request for an additional fee based on usage.

Accessibility ($)

Meeting rooms are available outside normal business hours at a rate of 1.5 times normal rate.

Catering ($)

Catering is available at cost +15%, sodas and bottled water are $1 each.

Coffee/Tea ($)

Coffee is available at no cost for a guest. For extended meetings or large groups, please order a pot of coffee.

Notary Services ($)

$5 per signature

Print/Scan/Copy ($)

Color ($.75/page) and B&W ($.10/page) printing and copies are available from memory stick or network. Scanning is $.75 per page.

Door w/Lock

All meeting spaces and guest offices may be locked. Overnight storage of materials and equipment is permitted.

Filming Allowed

Filming is allowed at no extra cost to the extent that other guests are not inconvenienced.

Phone included in the room. US toll-free and local calls only.

TV/Monitor

A flat screen computer monitor is available in the office.

Filtered Water

A complimentary carafe of iced, filtered water is included.
