Complete presentation room including screen, projector, LCD TV, whiteboard, flipcharts and conference phone Wired and secured wireless internet connection is included. Videoconference equipment available upon request. Available by the hour, half day, day or week. Lunch and snacks, coffee and sodas may be provided. A great space for making a good impression.

Video Conference ($)
Polycom VSX 7000 IP video conferencing available. Please schedule 30 minutes additional time at the beginning of your reservation for setup requirements. Charges may vary based on needs and times. See Center Manager.
Accessibility ($)
Meeting rooms are available outside normal business hours at a rate of 1.5 times normal rate.
Catering ($)
Catering is available at cost +15%, sodas and bottled water are $1 each.
Coffee/Tea ($)
Coffee is available at no cost for a guest. For extended meetings or large groups, please order a pot of coffee at $7 per pot.
Notary Services ($)
$5 per signature
Print/Scan/Copy ($)
Color ($.75/page) and B&W ($.10/page) printing and copies are available from memory stick or network. Scanning is $.75 per page.

Default setup of room is boardroom-style for 8 people. Additional seating is available upon request.

42-inch flatscreen monitor affixed to the wall. Includes HDMI and RGB inputs. Cables available for Mac and PC.

Filtered Water
