Private Meeting Room for 4

MPS Executive Suites

Cancellation Policy
Given the current state of the world, MPS Executive Suites, much like many other business, has been faced with the tough task of deciding what is the best way forward to protect both our community of tenants and staff (including the loved ones of both), and to help protect the businesses that all of our clients represent.
Fortunately, our existing structure with private tenant office spaces and virtual services has afforded us to remain open. Our priorities remain:
1. The safety of our staff and their families
2. The safety of the tenants and their families
3. The continuity of 200+ companies in our MPS community
4. The continuity of essential services that many of our clients provide to the community
5. The continuity of essential mail handling services that many clients still rely on
We also wanted to share with you the measures we are taking and how we can further help you with preventing the spread of this virus.
Minimize the number of MPS staff on premise:
To properly practice physical distancing mandated by the Government of BC, MPS will be reducing the number of employees working at the office to 1 front desk receptionist, 1 essential office manager in the back room, and 1 essential support staff working out of the back room. All other full time employees will be required to work from home until further notice.
No tenant congregating:
All tenants and MPS workers are prohibited from congregating in communal areas, and are requested to remain in their private offices (exceptions are for grabbing food from the kitchen, using the restroom, and entering or exiting the premise). For necessary discussions between 2 people in our common area space, we ask that you continue to respect the 2 meter distances suggested by the Government.
Closure of all boardroom and meeting room rentals:
Our communal boardrooms are currently not available to be rented until further notice.
Doubling all cleaning efforts:
All surfaces that clients come into contact with will be sterilized every hour. Our recommendation for all MPS tenants is to wash your hands or use the provided hand sanitizer whenever entering or exiting their private offices.
All administrative and word processing requests to be sent via email:
We ask all clients to submit work requests virtually. If a physical product or document is necessary, our team is required to wear single use latex gloves in handling all client material.
If you are sick, showing symptoms, are returning from travel, or have been in contact with someone who is showing symptoms, please stay home and proceed with CDC precautions of self-monitoring and self-isolation as necessary. If our team feels there is failure to comply, you may be asked to leave.
As this time, PHAC has assessed the public health risk with COVID-19 as low for the general population. That said we encourage you remain informed through reputable sources such as Health Canada, CDC (or BCCDC) and the WHO.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach us here via email, by calling our office, or just popping by to chat with one of our team members.
