Bike Rack ($)

We offer a bike rack in the building basement that is available for rent at an additional cost. Alternatively, there is a street bike rack available for free, although its availability is subject to change.

Print/Scan/Copy ($)

Our printing services are available at $0.2/pg for B&W prints (single-sided), and $0.60/pg for colour prints (single-sided). Scanning services are free of charge. Our tenants of our monthly private offices receive an allowance of 100 B&W prints/mos.

Door w/Lock

Our offices & small meeting room are all private and lockable, and we also have security alarm monitoring with CCTV on the floor to provide enhanced security.
