We provide high-speed WiFi throughout our offices, meeting rooms, and common areas. High-speed cable internet is also available in the offices and meeting rooms.

Furnished

We provide fully furnished offices, including a desk and chair. However, if you prefer to bring your own furniture, you are more than welcome to do so.

Mailbox Services ($)

We offer mail and package delivery straight to your office. However, a mailbox with us is available at an additional fee. Please email offices@officespacevancouver.com for more information.

Storage ($)

Our basement storage facility is available for rent at an additional cost. For more information, please email offices@officespacevancouver.com.

Bike Rack ($)

We offer a bike rack in the building basement that is available for rent at an additional cost. Alternatively, there is a street bike rack available for free, although its availability is subject to change.

Print/Scan/Copy ($)

Our printing services are available at $0.2/pg for B&W prints (single-sided), and $0.60/pg for colour prints (single-sided). Scanning services are free of charge. Our tenants of our monthly private offices receive an allowance of 100 B&W prints/mos.

24/7 Access

Our tenants enjoy 24-hour access to the building and their office, as well as to the kitchen, meeting room, and basement. To facilitate this, we will provide you with a key fob that will grant you access to these areas at any time.

Door w/Lock

Our offices & small meeting room are all private and lockable, and we also have security alarm monitoring with CCTV on the floor to provide enhanced security.

Meeting Rooms

You are entitled to 5 free hours in our boardroom and 7 free hours in our small meeting room. Any additional hours beyond the allotted free hours will be billed to your account.

Phone

Free unlimited outgoing local calls for clients. For tenants of our monthly private offices, they also receive a complimentary 200 North American long distance minutes per month.

Accessibility

Our floor and offices are designed to be wheelchair-friendly, with access to an elevator and accessible restrooms located on the 4th floor. Additionally, we have a designated parking spot to accommodate individuals with disabilities.

Coffee/Tea

We offer complimentary coffee and tea to our clients.

Filtered Water

Our clients and their guests can enjoy complimentary filtered water, conveniently available from our water dispenser located in the kitchen.

We have a front desk team ready to greet our clients and their guests every weekday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
