The customer service & accommodations were absolutely gorgeous! I would strongly recommend securing this space for your next company offsite. The space was airy, but most importantly - this workspace was extremely secure and safe.

Needed more markers/erasers for the whiteboard there were none in the room. Also having to go back and forth from 16th floor to conference room 6th was not efficient. Office and surrounding area was clean and the service was professional.

It was a bit hot in the room...however it was the day that Spring came back to NYC for 24hrs, so not really their fault. The only thing I don't like about Workhouse is that I have to go to 16, check-in, be keyed on my floor and then rinse/repeat for any guests I have. Would be easier if there was a computer system or code that was given to you so you can just access your room. Overall love the vibe there, though.

Elevators were iffy. Going to 16 floor to get access to 6 floor was cumbersome. Air conditioning was loud and intrusive. Employees had an attitude.
On the plus side, the roof deck was great for lunch and the room was well suited to our needs.
