Library CoWorking Desks
The library is located on the entry level of the Historic Blackwell Mansion. There are three desks available for use. One is a standalone desk in the middle of the room and two are 'cubby' type desks on the side of the room. With special accommodations this space can be rented privately and have the sliding doors closed for more privacy. Otherwise the desks are open to any guests who book throughout the day (max 3 guests at a time).

The Blackwell Mansion was built in 1891. By booking space in this building you will be walking back in time with Tacoma History. This is a unique and beautiful building that hosts multiple office spaces and conference rooms for your business needs.
Blackwell Mansion Basement (Daily)
This space encompasses the entire lower level of the historic Blackwell Mansion. This is one floor down from the entry level of the building, stairs are required. The 1650 square foot space includes a large conference room that can seat up to 15. A breakaway private office with one desk, an attached sun room with two desks, and a private bathroom. This space is excellent for team gatherings and workshopping. Also a great place for a team to gather and be able to work together or separately in a quiet space.
Library+Sun Room in Historic Mansion
The beautiful library plus sun room features original wood from the 1891 built Historic Blackwell Mansion. Any time of business would work well in this space, especially a law office. The library has a wall to wall fireplace along with hardwood flooring and built in shelving. The sun room is just off of the library with panoramic windows overlooking the Puget Sound.
Mt Rainier Room - Monthly
This room has a beautiful bay window overlooking the Puget Sound and Mt. Rainier. It is on the 3rd floor of our building (one flight of stairs up from entry level of the building, no elevator). There are two desks available in a private office.
Stained Glass Room - Monthly
This room has a beautiful stained glass window with lots of natural light. It is on the 3rd floor of our building (one flight of stairs up from entry level of the building, no elevator). There is one desk available in this office. This room has a private rest room attached.
Conference Room - Floor 1
This space has a large conference table that can seat up to 10 seats comfortably. The room is quite spacious with hand carved wood details and a fire place. There is a split ac/heating unit to make the room temp comfortable for your group. Plenty of room for an easel or projector for presentations (available to rent upon request). This room is located on floor 1 of our building, downstairs from the entry level and no elevator access. This floor offers a private rest room as well as a large table area off of the conference room that is great for a pot luck or catering set up.
Conference Room - Floor 2
This is a beautiful space with an antique tiled fireplace. Room has a mahogany conference table and credenza (space for snacks). Table accommodates six chairs comfortably. There is a large wall size whiteboard as well as a mounted TV with connections to use for presenting from a laptop. This room has 5 additional Chiavari chairs along the wall if needed for extra seating
Private Basement Office
This space is located on the lower level of our building, one flight of stairs down from the entry level. The building was built in 1891 so there is no elevator available. This private office is located just off our a large conference room and open area that can be used for storage, staging, or a receptionist. There is also a private rest room located on this floor. The space has it's own AC/Heating split unit, a window looking out towards the Sound (however you can mainly see the fire escape since this is on a lower floor of the building). There is a lot of natural light in the space. If you need a quiet place for a zoom meeting or to get work done, this is the perfect spot!
Rainier Room

Rainier Room - Day Pass (co-working)
This office is one floor up from the entry level of the building, no elevator access. There are two desks and 4 chairs to utilize in this space. Window views overlook the Puget Sound.

School Room Office Desk
This is a large open room with hardwood floors and a nice rug. One desk is available in this space. There is also a beautiful fireplace and two small whiteboards on the wall. The space is very quiet and private, great for phone or zoom meetings. This space is located one floor down from the entry level of the building. There is no elevator in this historic building.

The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between bookings.
